These terms apply when you use tanzaniasafarimagic.com or request services from Tanzania Safari Magic (Arusha, Tanzania).

1. Quotes are not confirmed bookings

Submitting a form or “request” creates an enquiry. Your safari is confirmed only after Our Team issues a written confirmation and any required deposit is received by the agreed method.

2. Deposits & payments

• Private safaris: A deposit (typically around 20% of the quoted total) is usually required to secure lodges and dates after you accept the itinerary.
• Group departures: A seat-security deposit (typically 30%) is usually due within 24 hours of an approved request, as stated on the departure page.
• Online card checkout may be offered later. Until then, payment instructions (bank transfer or other agreed methods) are sent by Our Team.
• Balances are due before travel as specified on your confirmation.

3. Prices & park fees

Published package prices are indicative and may change with season, lodge availability, park fees, fuel, or currency. Final price is the amount on your written quote/confirmation.

4. Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and change terms depend on lodge and park policies for your dates. We will outline applicable terms on your confirmation. Travel insurance that covers safari cancellation is strongly recommended.

5. Your responsibilities

• Valid passport, visas, and vaccinations as required for your nationality
• Accurate traveller details and emergency contacts
• Following guide and park rules for safety and conservation

6. Wildlife & force majeure

Wildlife sightings and weather are never guaranteed. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, park closures, strikes, epidemics).
